Kane scores winner, Blackhawks beat Red Wings 2-1 (Yahoo! Sports)

Patrick Sharp had a goal and an assist, and Patrick Kane broke a tie late in the second period in the Chicago Blackhawks' 2-1 victory over the Detroit Red Wings 2-1 on Sunday. Ray Emery made 23 saves to help Chicago solidify its hold on the sixth playoff spot in the Western Conference. Niklas Kronwall scored for Detroit, 27-4-2 at home.
