Sharks re-sign D Jason Demers to 1-year deal (Yahoo! Sports)
SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) -- The San Jose Sharks have signed defenseman Jason Demers to a one-year contract to prevent him from becoming a restricted free agent next month.
