Bergeron leaves hospital, flying home with team (Yahoo! Sports)

BOSTON (AP) -- Bruins general manager Peter Chiarelli says forward Patrice Bergeron was discharged from a Chicago hospital and was expected to fly home with the team Sunday morning.
