Ducks slip past Stars in shootout (Yahoo! Sports)

DALLAS (AP) -- Ryan Getzlaf scored in the third round of the shootout and Jonas Hiller made 33 saves to help lead the Anaheim Ducks to a 2-1 victory over the Dallas Stars on Thursday.
