Here are your Puck Headlines: a glorious collection of news and views collected from the greatest blogosphere in sports and the few, the proud, the mainstream hockey media.

Via Jessica Z., these shirts seen at the NHL Store are either totally rad or totally bogus.

• Keaton Ellerby gets a 1-year, 1-way deal from the Florida Panthers. Meanwile, on the Kris Versteeg front: "Tallon made it clear that Kris Versteeg filing for salary arbitration yesterday only means that the Panthers timetable to wrap him up is a tad shorter. He reiterated that he expects Versteeg to be a Panther for a long time." [Sun Sentinel]

• Bobby Holik thinks the next step should be Shea Weber: "Detroit should trade for Weber. They are not looking to replace Lidstrom, but they need to fill the void created by his retirement. Mike Illitch could sign Weber to a 10-15 year 120 million dollar contract, and it would be worth it for Detroit to do it. It would not be worth it to Nashville." [Holik on Hockey]

• Chris Lund on Alex Semin, who "nobody" wants: "Semin's alleged personality problems are pronounced. His work ethic has been questioned repeatedly, he has been accused of undermining coaches, he slacks off on defense. • In celebration of the Dallas Stars' plan to rebuild without tanking: "That phrase is the key for rebuilding without tanking. You don't need 1-1 picks for four drafts in a row to build a team. Draft and develop your prospects then give them a structured positive environment where they are given ample opportunities to prove their worth. The Stars have executed that plan almost flawlessly this offseason. It should be fascinating to see how it all plays out." [NHL Numbers]
