Captain Ryan Callahan and defenseman Michael Del Zotto are again out of the lineup Sunday for the New York Rangers against the New York Islanders, who were missing defenseman Mark Eaton and ailing forwards Matt Martin and Casey Cizikas. Callahan, who sat out three games this month because of a bruised right foot, returned to play three games before being forced out again.
