Jets rally late, get past Capitals in SO (AP)

The Winnipeg Jets overcame a two-goal deficit in the final 2:15 of regulation, then prevailed in a shootout for a 3-2 victory over the Washington Capitals on Thursday night. Evander Kane and Dustin Byfuglien awoke a pedestrian Jets attack with power-play goals to force the game into overtime.
