Minnesota Wild center Mikko Koivu will miss the NHL All-Star game after his first career selection. The Wild announced Monday that Koivu won't participate in the annual exhibition, held this Sunday in Ottawa. Koivu hurt his left shoulder nine days ago after taking a hit during a game. The Wild captain was replaced on the All-Star roster by Edmonton Oilers right wing Jordan Eberle.
