Sanford carries Jackets to 1-0 win in LA (AP)

Curtis Sanford made 31 saves for his sixth career shutout, defenseman Grant Clitsome ended a 22-game goal drought, and the Columbus Blue Jackets beat the Los Angeles Kings 1-0 Saturday. Sanford started back-to-back games for the first time since a 12-game stretch from Nov. 17 through Dec. 10 when coach Scott Arniel benched Steve Mason.
